This is a short list displaying some of what are believed to be the best buzzer beaters in March Madness history.
5. 2018, Round of 64. Donte Ingram of Loyola pulls a three pointer right at the top of the key with 1.7 to go, defeating Miami 64-62.
4. 2018, Round of 32. Jordan Poole of Michigan pulls a deep 26' 3 pointer to take the lead 64-63 against Houston, and advance to the Sweet Sixteen.
3. 2023, Final Four. Lamont Butler of SD St. sinks a jump shot at the buzzer to take the win against FAU 72-71, Taking San Diego State to their first National Championship.
2. 2021, Final Four. Jalen Suggs of Gonzaga gets a shot off just past half court with 0.8 seconds left on the clock, to take the lead on UCLA in overtime 93-90.
1. 2016, National Championship. Kris Jenkins of Villanova gets a shot off with 0.6 seconds left to go. This would lead to him draining the shot to win against UNC 77-74.
